Features: 
1) This product has a rapid speed of over-voltage conduct so it can 
    solve the coordination problem of the primary protection and 
    secondary protection
2) The alarm of the integrate circuit is solved by electronic circuit
3) When the semiconductor works, the alarm signal will be sent out and 
    be stopped when the conducting stopped
4) Can be made into protection unit with whole self-healing function

1) Upper-limit of voltage for over-voltage protection:
    a) 260V (voltage rising rate 100kV/s)
    b) 400V (voltage rising rate 1kV/s)
2) Lower-limit of voltage for over-voltage protection: 190V
3) Bearing capability of surge current and power frequency current:
    a) Surge current: 100A (peak current) waveform 10/100μs 300 times, 
        interval time is 3 minutes
    b) Power frequency current: 10A (effective value) 50Hz duration is 
        5 time one second, interval time is 3 minutes
4) Insulating resistance: ≥1,000MΩ under standard atmosphere pressure
5) Over-current protection time: 350mA, limit the current rate below 
    150mA in 5ms
6) Over-voltage over-current protection meet the demand of YD/T694-1999
7) Alarm function: the modular with alarm output terminal; when the current   
    arrives at 350mA, (effective value), output alarm signals in 10 seconds,
    and the alarm signal will stop when the current disappear, and then 
    self-heals
